DAY 1
Word of the day: Motivate.
Today is the first day of 90 day challenge. I am committing to following RP for 90 days. If I succeed, my reward to myself is to visit my sister right after she gives birth to her child. If I fail I have to wait one month. This is my motivation. This and I have wanted to change my
weight set point for quite some time. Since I have turned 26 I have been on a slow but steady incline weight. Lately it has been settling into the 180 range, and I want and need to change that - for my health and well being.
I recently returned from a family vacation to Pennsylvania weighing 185!

Legs: 25/25
Arms: 13/13.5
Neck 14
Waist: 34/39
Hips:40
