Day 1

July 3rd, 2019 DAY 1 Word of the day: Motivate.  Today is the first day of 90 day challenge.  I am committing to following RP for 90 days.  If I succeed, my reward to myself is to visit my sister right after she gives birth to her child.  If I fail I have to wait one month.  This is my motivation.  This and I have wanted to change my weight set point for quite some time.  Since I have turned 26 I have been on a slow but steady incline weight.  Lately it has been settling into the 180 range, and I want and need to change that - for my health and well being.   I recently returned from a family vacation to Pennsylvania weighing 185!  Today's bodily measurements: Legs: 25/25 Arms: 13/13.5 Neck 14 Waist: 34/39 Hips:40 WOD: 07/03/19 Find a Heavy 1RM Hang Power Snatch “Red, White, and Blue” For Time: 50-35-20 Alt Dumbbell Snatches 50/35-lbs. Day 2

July 4th, 2019 DAY 2   Word of the day: Accountability.   Today I hold myself accountable to my goals.  I want to feel good.  I want to be strong and flexible.  I want to be healthy.  I am grateful my body.  Today my partner and did our box WOD and afterwards found a max lift.  He worked on deadlifts.  I worked on my squat. I have hit 230 in the past, but it has been awhile - today I only managed 195.  “Happy Birthday America” 17:76 AMRAP of: 7 Handstand Push-ups 4 Strict Pull-ups 19 Thrusters, 45/35-lbs. Then, Cash Out: Teams of 3 For time: Row 1776 Meters *One partner rows, one partner must be holding a handstand, one rests. Switch as needed.
